Not exactly what you’d expect for something that is likely going to be outside on a front porch. It’s a neat idea, and I’m sure it took some time to craft, but it’s made out of the lightest-weight wood (comparable to balsa wood) I’ve ever seen for an outdoor item. It will likely blow over in the wind. I am now on the hunt for the heaviest planter I can put in the fairly shallow base, just to give it some weight. It also had an area along one whole side where the wood was separating from the back, which is not altogether surprising considering how thin and lightweight this wood is. All in all, it’s fine for an area with no wind and little to no elements. Not really worth the cost, in my opinion.
