Kevin was incredible to work with. We had issues with the first one because of my dogs, and he let us return that and he built a completely revamped version that was perfect for our small and older dogs. He was always accountable and responded so quickly to our messages. He also was so kind and flexible and worked hard to make this a product that our dogs could use.
