Return policy pretty much non-existent. Only 7 days on Etsy so be aware. My product was not used cuz my dogs wouldn't use it but they wouldn't take it back and as much as I paid for it that's ridiculous very dissatisfied but the product was made well so I'm not going to give a super bad review. I'll never buy on Etsy again because of this. 25
