Seller was helpful and prompt answering any questions I had. The ramp looks great and the dogs are slowly understanding how to use it. Did need a little extra weight on the base to keep it from wobbling as they try to climb it but overall an excellent product.

The item is just as described. It works great for my younger small dogs, but my elderly and tiny gal is still having trouble with it. She is used to stairs, but is having more and more trouble navigating them. I purchased this just for her, but it is still rather steep because our bed is pretty tall. It is on the least steep setting, but she still has difficulty. This is not a malfunction of the item, but I just need something a bit less steep for her. For reference, she is about 7 lbs and is an almost 15 year old miniature dachshund with bad rear legs/knees. I am going to try and tweak it a bit to see if it doesn't work a bit better. I would purchase from this store again.
